i would agree the continued waterfall effect of the chart is worrying, that said the only reason I am holding on to my underwater tlg stock is the pending outcome of the appeal. i use charts to find a stock with momentum and tend to buy once the move upwards is confirmed by being.above the 20 day EMA. TLG at the moment is some 30 cents below that point at a time when the SPP has just closed and we await the outcome of the subscription notice to that. In a normal situation when a stock is looking this weak i would have sold when it started to fall below the 40 day ema, BUT there is an outcome due anytime and I think, as it is the final stage of the court process, a rejection of the appeal will have a significant positive impact, unlike the previous court announcements when the market knew there would appeals lodged, this one is final.
