@rae915 .... I think that would've had the opposite effect .
For a splash & dash amount like this via a standard raise with a SPP component , the SPP would have been so small & heavily oversubscribed that it'd just piss people off even more & weigh the SP down even more . I think the big fella made the right call (yet again) .
