If Talga has fallen less than other stocks, then other stocks could be viewed as comparatively now at more of a discount. Past is the past but investing about trying to capture best return as we move into the future, so people may move funds out of talga -even at a loss- if they think the growth prospects are better somewhere.

Not optimally allocating your funds in the current reality because of a decision you made in an earlier reality (ie your at a loss) is one of the biggest challanges for retail investors. Although perhaps a neccesary coping mechanism to be able to participe in the market
