It really is a joke, I can't imagine that this system can stick around for too much longer. As Mark said in the AGM, it costs the protestors nothing to submit a baseless appeal request and therefore lock the project up in uncertainty for another 3 months. Think where we might be if the permitting cloud had been lifted 3 months ago. That's real commercial damage caused for nothing but a 'F*ck you'.
