Kinetic have appointed administrators. The administrators get a fee to wind up the assets on behalf of creditors. The administrators will have done a deal with some market operators, probably on an exclusive basis. The volume over the usually dead quiet December period when every body is celebrating their coming bonuses over a liquid lunch is now well in excess of 20 million shares traded. I am very surprised that another 15 million shares have supposedly just been shorted with news about to be released from the Supreme Court in Sweden.
