Ok, Thanks for the response. The Court decision is anyone’s guess , hard to predict. Also , wouldn’t it stand to reason that the construction of an anode refinery factory
follows on from preliminary interest from EV car battery manufacturers, at a potential commercially feasible level, to warrant such a decision? Surely they’re not building
it for fun or in hope. Maybe my logic is
flawed, or worse I’m just gullible , but I believe there has to be more involved to major business decisions like this.
