I have owned the stock over 2 years, never sold and bought more 5 or 6 times.

I am not a trader, but happy to sell if I can later buy for less at a later stage, but I always find it hard to get the timing right (as I think we all do). I am happy to sell now , but if I do without doubt the court decision will come out and the share price go up.

I am not at all emotionally attached to this company, but I do see there being a great and unique potential.

I own other shares that are doing extremely well.

Being honest (I am not down ramping) but this is just terrible. I last bought at a bit less than $1, I thought I did really well and the share price recovered at one stage to about $1.20, now is in the 60c.

I guess I have have little choice but to hold and hope for a positive court decision and the share price to recover.

I do think management should be providing an update to try and stop this share price continually sliding.

Just my thoughts.
