Alright ive had a few bevs so forgive me this, but how much of an if is it really? Dont get me wrong, i have no disbelief in our ability to acheive everything we are setting out to. Too many tailwinds in our favour not to. But is there anyone here with examples of SPVs where market cap was lower than potential equity investment? Like wouldnt in be in the interest of the potential investor to gain equity through the parent, rather than the spin off? Been feeling this for a while
