Agree - hard to see how a Court decision can be leaking, though there's always someone that knows the status based number of clarifications / discussions etc and never information asymmetry
That news will be massive, and I suspect many holders will buy (and be happy to buy at a higher price - in definitely in this boat).
For me, if the announcement drops, anything below 1.80 - not only will I top up but will reallocate my portfolio here.
