Unfortunately, they're being allowed to slip out the back door. That being said, their mass exodus is a positive sign.

We're currently 1.59% shorted. In May 2023, shorts had already started to climb and on the 16th we were at a similar amount with 1.56%. Since then, the share price has not gone over 1.50. It's always more complicated, but perhaps this gives us an idea of where the majority of shorts are sitting and what the threshold is before we see the rest cover. From these levels, a positive court decision (and the common knowledge on what comes next) should see this happen fairly easily.
