It is about time that Talga's lawyers in Sweden started putting the boot in, Talga has waited patiently during this whole process, not intervened even though the appellants were late with their submissions, by some 2 months, got away with stalling and now we sit here 5 months on with no news. Some might say that it is only fair, but I think if you have been sitting in the court process for a year, from initial permit, that you have a right to ask what is going on.
