When is that ever not the case? World events, country events, company funnymentals etc are what will ultimately determine the value, charts don't drive anything, they just give you an indication of what the market is thinking and if they're overall buying or selling a stock. Seems to me this one is still finding net selling and running out of buyers i.e it will seek lower prices to find new buyers (it needs to break to confirm that, at the moment it's just setting for a move, direction most likely down but needs to be confirmed)
