I note from your chart a potential McD and Bollinger Band bullish divergence may play out if the price turns up. Also a narrowing of the bands which probably looks like favoring the downside - although a similar set up in in July saw a price rise. Strong support at these levels.
I picked up a few on Friday leaving $ on the table for more if it falls through support.
The SC decision IMO should be latest circa mid September. So closing in.
