You realise there is a very serious appeal against that permit, by the powerful Sami.
The Sami have so much say, the Court doesn't know what to do hence the delay for over a year without any update whatsoever
Hence the declining share price
Hence the depletion of cash
Hence the nothing pump up announcements to boost VWAP
