LOL… I think you mean to say it is a standard appeal that they are allowed to make based on the Swedish court system. An appeal that is only looking to see if the law has been applied properly, an appeal that is very, very likely to be rejected (as based on stats provided by other posters from info found relating to the Swedish appeals court).

The chance of rejection is not 0%, so this dose pose a risk. The painfully long time we are waiting in queue does add risk to the company with cash burn and other such factors, so the share price suffers.

There are no great conspiracies about waiting for various legislation to be approved, no fear of ruling against what the Sami are wanting. We are waiting in a line, a line that we're hopefully about to be at the front of.
