Yes it is always a threat, however with many of the people holding shares having invested in this for a long time I don't think they are interested in selling out cheaply to a vulture, especially when current holders know there is only one reason we languish here and that could change in the near future. You may get a few interested in selling but I think the majority who have stayed this long know what the value of Talga is, a court decision in our favour opens numerous monetising opportunities for this company, which is exactly what the vultures would see.
