My guess is that shareholders have out thought management and the CR.

The share price is so low now, management are hoping out of desperation that the SC decision is forthcoming and favourable

I don't think they are counting on, just hoping the way ppl hope to hit the powerball jackpot.

Reality is as CR gets more and more likely, this will continue the trajectory.

Management should not have tried to be greedy and called the CR when they could.

I really think those nothing pump announcements were intended to be the segway to the trading halt, but looks like we were one smarter. I (and took that) as the opportunity to sell, and the selling has continued

After all why buy on market when you can top up via the discounted CR

Hope you kept a small stake to be eligible to participate.

The dilution from the CR is going to be insane given the likely price. I look forward to averaging down via the CR at what might be $0.25 now?
