If you have researched charting, you will know that stop losses limit losses, maximise gains. Traders plan position size, as well as a preferred entry signal.
TLG is still a spec stock, so fundemental analysis is limited to your assessment of its longer-term potential. If you are 'underwater' ATM, there is no loss unless you sell.
If you hold and your long-term fundamental view turns out to be correct, then all is ok.If it's wrong, then you lose.
