News trumps charts every time.
No one knows when the SC decision will be given but most are within 12 months. It could be next week, next month or next year.
Regardless of the timing punters know that once a positive SC decision is in todays price will seem cheap.
The raise will remove market liquidity concern and just leave the SC as the overhang. The market also knows the CRMA will trump the SC. So the market may see a no lose situation.
Given that SQM spent 6 months on DD for the Lithium a 30% stake on spec could well be worth 22 cents a share especially if you include the Graphene which has taken a back seat to the Graphite anodes.
