Fortunately, Talga would be one of the few strategic projects to have a case currently with the Supreme Court; they won't suddenly be inundated with cases due to the CRMA. Sweden currently have laws in place that allow for an accelerated procedure, we know because Talga tried before. These same laws would be used for a strategic project.
"...shall be treated as urgent, if and to the extent to which national law provides for such urgency procedures and provided that the normally applicable rights of defence of individuals or of local communities would be respected."
New EU legislation that plays off current national law means there should be no confusion, just another application for an expedited review.
