I think that's unacceptable, but lucky for the CEO, Mark, he knows there's more shareholders like you, and hence he's content to just wait for the SC decision.
Elon or Trump would be shaking the trees and not leaving this to chance. And that's the difference between them and Mark (who tweets cryptic photos of Elon's merchandise)
