What is referred to as "Loyalty Options" is awarded to anyone that buys shares prior to the ex- date.
I will buy shares on 4th September, and sell them (plus what I currently own) on 5th September and I will receive a ton of "Loyalty Options"
Hence, Talga consider me to be loyal and reward me for this
