It is what it is, and holders IMO get a 'free kick' at low prices. Great time to add, IMO.
It's a lucky break we do not see too often in the market.
As each day passes the closer, we get to the 'go ahead'. The market knows that, and if it wants cap gains discount, it has plenty of time up its sleeve.
