No, that's incorrect. The 1st of September was the rejection from the Court of Appeal, not the start of the current case. The earliest date we can look at is the 28th of September:
“In accordance with statutory process, the rejected parties have until no later than 28 September 2023 to appeal the Court of Appeal’s decision to the Supreme Court.”
However, this may also be misleading, as additional time was granted, extending the deadline for the lawyers to complete their appeals.
