totally agree, what is the point of making such a statement for future growth and development of new industry if you don't sort out the judicial system and court process. Anyone who wants to protest in the shape of an appeal, whether they be genuine concerns or just people who want to get on that bandwagon, all the time you have a system that is clogged up they know it will take forever to be heard. So MR. Prime Minister go and sort out the court system and put more qualified judges in there to cope with the ever increasing work load that they are having to deal with.
