correct, they can be exercised at 55cents, so once they reach that price you can pay your 55c per option to turn them into shares, and you have until September 2025 to do this. So if the share price climbs to a $1.00 in a few months and you decide its a good time to exercise, you are 45c infront on the each option you turn into a share.
