To stay in business the business must be successfully trading. Today I spent some time shopping at a Centro mall. The car park was full. The shops were busy. There were no empty shops. People seemed to be spending. To me it looked as though the owner and operator of the mall would be doing OK.
If most of the Centro centres are operating like that on a Tuesday that is normally a quiet day then business is good and the banks will see that and Certro should be able to continue operating. Today's interest rate cut on top of last months cut should also be helping.
