Employees who truly work for their money are real people. There are only very limited highly privileged positions available in business and I rather suspect the brains and talent are somewhere further down. Certainly, they are not the exclusive characteristics of directors.
Often at business meetings I have the thought that the extraordinary wealth directors enjoy should mean their brains should be offered for anatomical examination and mounted in museums after their death. Are they really so amazing they are worth in a single month what most workers need to spend 10 years or more to earn!!!! Ridiculous.
To use the argument that they need to be aligned with their peers in other countries is absurd. They operate as a cartel, so have cornered the 'obscenely rewarded' group.
