This seems odd to me, but I have not read the full article either. I say odd because less than two weeks ago the company announced this:



Submissions were open until 23 June. Perhaps a submission subsequent to 20 June (date of this announcement) is what is being referred to here? People in the area are quite within their rights to want environmental impacts to be managed and say so publicly in any permitting process, that does not mean that permits will not happen. Just that mitigations need to be put in place, and Talga has been working hard if not bending over backward in this area.
