They are off. Big DoE grant which gets them to 40ktpa in 2025. Market is just starting to price that in as its a near certainty, just a matter of time.
Very favorable regulatory environment for local battery material producers (and battery manufactures and auto OEMs) in the USA. Far more so than Europe at the moment. I'd like to think Europe will catch up, but the next 12 months will be telling.
