Agreed. The permit uncertainty is very sobering, I have to remind myself that nothing is guaranteed. While I'm optimistic, I need to see it before I believe it. If/when the permits are granted I plan on increasing my investment, I have cash ready and all, but for now I wait.
Finally a deal, nice to see some concrete numbers.
