My view is if the past is anything to go by , the run up would have begun by now .... could be priced in to a certain extent given we're trading 25%ish over the CR .
When it goes binding , it'll naturally be subject to those mfking permits , so traders will probably dick with it for a day or two .... but for the longs , it paves the way for funding , etc . I'm not expecting this to be a stand alone BOOMSHAKALAKA moment .
Today , tomorrow .... anyday is a good day to buy Talga , the only pain is going to be from kickin' yourself in the ass for not buying more .
