Talga's share price dropped from $1.35 to a low of $1.18 because the pound tanked on 26/09/2022. This was the very day before the non-binding ACC announcement, which saw the share price rocket back to a close of $1.41.
The agreement could be delayed, but I wouldn't base that assumption on the current downward price movement being caused by leaked news if we are to go by the above example.
