The court is an independent body and if felt pressured by the Gov, will go into resistance mode as their independence will be at stake. So, the real job of the Gov is to speed up the review of the current laws giving too much possibilities to all kind of parties to frustrate the approval process and subsequently they have the law adjusted to current priorities.

Secondly, yes, the Talga - Northvolt combination would be very powerful and will have wide public and political support. My point is that it would be negative to push Talga to any specific customer as it would reduce their freedom of negotiation.

Talgas's Board needs now a steady hand in the nego's and lots of wisdom.
