Yes i never agreed missing deadlines was a good strategy which is why I said i can see what you’re getting at.. no one would think that a good strategy. However in this case putting it in the initial MOU that both parties must strive to get the agreement binding by the end of this month is a good strategy.. and i’ll maintain that position whether they actually get it done or not.
