They've already done the first two through the war and the US bombing the Nordstream. Europe is isolated already and forcibly autonomous and looking at alternive energy, although Germany still getting Russian gas 2nd hand onsold by the Indians. Bizarre as it sounds I hear there is still a pipeline running through Ukraine supplying gas to Germany.
