Thanks to our mate Cosors over at the TSE, we might hear very soon on the approval of the anode refinery at the Lulea Industrial Park shortly. I note Talga have announced they are hosting a breakfast briefing at the industrial park later this week (on Twitter), so the approval timing could be very 'coincidental/timely'!

The Swedish Court will also hand down the decision date on the 23rd (more likely 24th Aust time) on when they will announce the verdict on granting the mining environmental permit. I previously wanted the decision to be as quickly as possible, but as MT said in the webinar, they will be using the time to write up the conditions. Therefore, if it is in the 6-8wk range, then it is more likely approved with conditions, rather than a flat No, which could be announced within 1-2 weeks.

With Talga rapidly advancing commercial negotiations on both the Talnode C and Talnode Si front, the timing of the release of the draft Critical Raw Materials Act on the 8th of March (only just over 2 weeks away) is ideal to support/complement current financing options, which have greatly improved in Talga's favour over the past 12 months. I suspect the funding split may shift from 60%-40% Debt to Equity to something closer to 80%-20% based on MT's comments that the project can handle higher levels of debt given the economics and the favourable financing conditions the EIB and others are granting to 'green projects'. That likely means less dilution for us shareholders in terms of the size of the equity raise that Talga was negotiating with Mitsui and others on, which is a great development.

The $100m USD offer via the US Inflation Reduction Act to specifically lure Silicon anode production capacity to North America is a fantastic carrot for Talga to negotiate with EU lenders to offer similar support to retain planned investment in mainland Europe.

Also, keep an eye out for that resource upgrade - sounds like it is close now. I don't expect it to shift the dial given all eyes are rightly on permitting/financing, but great to see continued growth in the size of the project nevertheless for future expansions.

Now it dropped to 1.45 crashed. Had to sell and can't pay my rent and feed my family. Got any recommendations.
