agree. permits or bust basically and another three years of copping it and missing the EV revolution.
they have no real contingency plan assuming the massive lead times for quality testing with Manufacturers.
as I have continued to repeat and repeat as I have watched much of the superfluous noise on the TLG feed ... it was, has and alway will be about the permits. we get that and it all falls into place assuming we can execute in a tougher financial climate and start producing.
