Nah, just typical poor comms. The decision on building permits being granted was caveated with a date they come into force, but that date has come and gone and no formal update as yet, perhaps there's a delay on the Swedish side, which wouldn't bode well...
Devoid of facts, people will draw their own conclusion. Tends to happen a lot around here!
