Good question. Here is some information that I found from the anti-mining facebook page that I shared not too long ago. This is a post from Gunilla Högberg Björck, who is an activist herself and obviously against the mine, but from my quick research is an environmental lawyer in Sweden - so she would be a knowledgeable source of info:

They'll move on - their agenda includes keeping their base agitated and engaged. They'll have more to fight soon enough, I bet the talga expansions will face more opposition, but this is a good chance for Talga to mine and process the first lot and show them how responsible they are, the next permits will then fall into place.
