I have to agree. As someone who considers themselves an environmentalist, it's frustrating to see these people attempt to stand in the way of something that will be genuinely good for the environment/climate long-term. A green transition isn't going to happen by magic. Graphite (among many things) is essential for EVs. The 'not in my backyard' comment also rings true- I can't see these people getting up in arms about mining graphite out of Africa, where environmental laws and human rights can often count for roughly three-fifths of f**K all, but they'll happily drive an EV containing loads of the stuff... It is worth remembering though, lots of "environmental lefties" (such as myself) CAN see the forest for the trees, and will support business like TLG, that enable the transition in a sensible, efficient way. Let's not tar all environmentalists with the same brush, some of us are in possession of a fully functional brain. Just my 2 cents. Bring on the 5th! GLTAH
