Thank you for posting an extended statement from the Court.
A couple of things jump out:
1. TLG can start work regardless of any appeal process and the Court has highlighted aspects that are unlikely to be allowed in the appeal process, specifically the reindeer husbandry and water quality of the Torne river.
2. The approval is for 120,000 tons, some 20% higher than the initial 100,000 tons, which means TLG is likely to be able to produce almost 25,000 tons of active anode material per annum as soon as the main plant is up and running.
This approval is a major milestone that will unlock EIB financing as well as other EU support. I expect off takes will start to be signed over the next few weeks.
