Yes it makes sense for the timing to be similar to the permit decision, I expect we will find out sometime between market close today (27th) and market open tomorrow morning (28th). I also agree it doesn't seem right for the court to be silent if an appeal has already been lodged.
I'm of the assumption that an appeal hasn't been lodged yet. Strategically speaking I don't think the 'appealer' has anything to gain by submitting early, so I expect it at the last minute. Happy to be wrong though.
