I think the outcome of the appeals will still leave us in a position where we are equating value to discounted future earnings. Obviously a necessary step along the way but I think the biggest question is how long until we're cashflow positive, since I feel most if not all of the business risk has been addressed.
Wonder when the market will catch on, but to me it's all price to magic until we move product and have asserted ourselves as a legitimate source of European green anode
