Well there is a general economic downturn as @Gvan has just rightly pointed out, so I am not imagining that. Of course it's the failed sanctions and the war, and the rest of the world rapidly dispensing with their dollar holdings. Blue chips are probably seen as a safe haven during such times. What better explanation do you have? You are not explaining yourself very well.
