Nope I can't find any announcements from the Court of Appeal either. It's possible the decision has/will be communicated to the parties directly and we will need to wait for an announcement from the company today.

I also looked over the official documents and couldn't find any mention of the 14th of June. The only mention of the 14th of June is in Talga's permit update announcement where they said the court is "expected" to reject or grant leave to appeal on the 14th of June. I take that literally and it's expected but not definite, so it's also possible the court may not have made a decision yet and the wait continues...
