I wouldn't read too much into it at this point. The extended deadline for submissions was 7th of June. I excpect the submissions would have been made on the deadline, which only gives one week for the court of appeal to consider the submissions and draft a decision. Talga said they "expect" the decision by the 14th, so that could be an estimate from the court on how long it would take to consider the submissions, not a definite date. It could well be today, tomorrow still.
