Unfortunately the delay could also be caused by leave to appeal being granted. The court then sends their decision to the company and allows them to respond. Seeing as the decision would have been in the evening in Australia, perhaps Talga are still preparing their response.
Hopefully not, but a possibility. It will eliminate any BS controversy down the line about not giving the Sami a voice, which seems to be an important topic in Sweden.
Edit, well.. that theory is probably not correct now.
