I posted that without seeing the announcement that just happened.
"The Court of Appeal is yet to inform the Company of its decision. The Company will update the market once the Court of Appeal has announced its decision."
If the company hasn't been informed on anything yet, then my suspicion that the delay is because they are responding to the appeals being granted is incorrect. Good news.
