Was just trying to see if I could find some useful references on graphite use by industry/type and came across this great chart from visual capitalist showing the flowchart for graphite processing.
A lot of Talga's "competitors" only go to the Purified Spherical Graphite stage.
Even if you go right to the end of the chart - Coated Purified Spherical Graphite - it's worth keeping in mind that this is still not actually a battery anode!
There is a huge amount of work after this step to create, test, and qualify an anode product. This is also where the biggest increase is in product/sales value.
This is why Talga is not comparable to just another miner, or even a miner working on PSG.
